1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern all legal relationships between Pronoia Group GmbH, operating under Pronoia Boutique, and its clients.

They apply in particular to:

• the use of and attendance at the studio
• the booking and participation in classes, workshops, events and trainings
• the purchase of credits, memberships, vouchers and products
• the use of the website, online booking system, online shop and any digital services

By purchasing or booking any service, product, credit, membership or voucher, the client expressly agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Services & Offerings

Pronoia Boutique offers services in the fields of Pilates, movement, health, wellbeing and lifestyle, including but not limited to:

• Mat Pilates, Flow, Pre- and Postnatal Pilates
• Workshops, events, retreats and personal training
• Complementary services related to movement, health and wellbeing

In addition, products such as beverages, matcha, coffee, protein shakes, merchandise and other lifestyle products may be sold on-site or online.

Pronoia Boutique reserves the right to modify, adapt or discontinue services, schedules, content, instructors, opening hours and prices at any time.

3. Booking & Contract Conclusion

Bookings are made via the online booking system (e.g. Momence), the website or directly on-site.

A binding contract is concluded once:

• the booking has been completed, and
• payment has been successfully processed.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods.

All purchased credits, classes, memberships, workshops, events, vouchers and products are non-refundable.
Cash refunds or reimbursements are excluded, except where mandatory by law.

5. Credits, Memberships & Validity

Credits are personal, non-transferable and valid only within the stated validity period.

Unused credits expire automatically upon expiration of their validity period.

Memberships have a fixed duration and end automatically unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Extensions, refunds or transfers are excluded, except where legally required.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the time limits specified in the respective booking system.

Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the booked class or credit.

For workshops, events or special offerings, the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of booking apply.

7. Participation & Personal Responsibility

Participation in all activities is at the client’s own risk.

By booking, the client confirms that they:

• are physically and medically able to participate
• will inform the instructor prior to class of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or limitations

Instructions and guidance provided by instructors do not replace medical advice.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pronoia Group GmbH excludes all liability.

In particular, no liability is assumed for:

• injuries, accidents or health-related damages
• indirect or consequential damages
• loss, theft or damage of personal belongings

Liability for slight negligence is expressly excluded.

9. Studio Rules & Conduct

Clients must follow the instructions of studio staff at all times.

Pronoia Boutique reserves the right to deny participation or access, or to exclude clients from services, in cases of:

• inappropriate or disruptive behaviour
• violation of studio rules
• endangerment of oneself or others

In such cases, no refund or compensation will be granted.

10. Vouchers

Vouchers are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

They must be redeemed within the stated validity period.

Cash payment or payout is excluded.

11. Online Services & Community

Digital content, online offerings and community access are voluntary additional services.

There is no entitlement to permanent availability, uninterrupted access or continued provision.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws.

13. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

Pronoia Group GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Wallisellen (ZH), Switzerland, insofar as legally permissible.
